By accessing or using Page Doctor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Page Doctor provides accessibility widget software that website owners can install on their websites to improve accessibility for their visitors. The Service includes the widget code, hosting, and related support services.

3. License and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Page Doctor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service on the number of websites specified in your subscription plan:

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without explicit written permission from Page Doctor.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Billing terms vary by subscription plan:

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in this section.

5. Affiliate Program

Affiliate link eligibility varies by plan:

If you display the affiliate link and it generates sales, you will earn commissions as described in our Affiliate Agreement. Commissions vest monthly (divided by twelve from annual subscriptions) and are paid when your account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50. All commission payments are processed through Stripe Connect.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or enhance the Service at any time to improve functionality, security, or performance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid subscribers.

For paid subscribers: We will not suspend or discontinue the Service during your active subscription period. In the unlikely event that we must discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least ninety (90) days' notice and offer either a full refund of your unused subscription period or comparable alternative service at no additional cost. Free trial users may have their service modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice or compensation.

Page Doctor and all related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are owned by Page Doctor. The Service's source code, design, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGE DOCTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Page Doctor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
